The Planning / Zoning Board meets for Public Hearing once each month on the forth (4th) Wednesday at 7:00 PM at the Township Municipal Building, 3 North Maple Avenue, New Gretna, NJ 08224. Check the Calendar of Events for specific dates and times of Special Meetings.
Applicants who are contemplating a future proposal of their property to be submitted to the Planning / Zoning Board, may take a one time only, no fee, opportunity to describe their project on an informal basis with the Planning / Zoing Board at a meeting. Five to ten minutes are allotted and suggestions are obtained from the Board. The Planning / Zoning Board Secretary should be contacted first in order to be placed on the agenda.

All registered voters will receive a "Vote by Mail Ballot". Mailed ballots must be postmarked by November 3rd and received by November 10th. Ballots can be dropped off at secure ballot boxes, Board of Election Offices, or polling places by 8PM on November 3rd.
In person voting will take place at polling places between 6AM - 8PM on November 3rd. You will be provided a provisional paper ballot.
